Dwight Schar Involvement in Intimidation of Bella Collina Residents



Bella Collina is investigated after residents complain on intimidation by Dwight Schar’s Paul Simonson and Randall Greene (the maintenance guy who was also placed in charge of the HOA).

The residents have NO SAY in the Bella Collina community.

Randall Greene and Andy, his brother in law, are spying on residents, intimidate them and when speaking up, they retaliate according to court documents filed on multiple occasions.

Residents don’t feel safe in Dwight Schar’s Bella Collina and Randall Greene in it. The police were called on multiple occasions after cars were scratched, wires cut, tempering, spying, trespassing…. etc.

Dwight Schar, operating via DCS Investment Holdings and other “DCS” companies, also chose the do business with the criminal Richard Arrighi who has managed Bella Collina from its Club.

It’s believed the 400-500 families fled Bella Collina losing about $500,000,000

Dwight Schar and Paul Simonson must be aware of the bad situation but don’t seem to care enough and therefore Bella Collina has almost NO SALES and it’s a ghost town. Don Juravin, his reviews in this nonprofit homeowners protection, is the only resident left to stand up to Dwight Schar.
